Compass’ Polsinellis Market SoHo Mixed-Use Property

Compass’ Adelaide Polsinelli and Trystan Polsinelli have been hired to market for sale 143 Grand Street in SoHo. The gut renovated, four-story building includes one ground floor retail space, occupied by Hampton Chutney in a long-term lease, and three full-floor offices on the upper floors.

“143 Grand Street is a mixed-use, commercial and retail building with tons of opportunities,” said Adelaide Polsinelli, vice chair of Compass and its recently launched investment sales division. “It can be converted to a townhouse use, retail flagship, or boutique office.”

Within walking distance of 10 subway lines, which bring more than 111,000 people to the neighborhood on a daily basis, the property includes unused development rights, offering the potential for a one-story penthouse addition.

“It’s rare to find a building for sale in SoHo with so many options,” said Trystan Polsinelli.
