Connect Media spoke with Primestor’s Neil Soskin about the company’s investment strategy and demographic focus for its neighborhood center development. With their recent acquisition of the historic Panorama Mall in Panorama City, Primestor depicted its main target, namely high-density and diverse communities. Soskin shares that such communities offer the advantage of less competition, as well as the opportunity to cater to underserved communities.
