Construction Launches on 225K-SF Palomar Health Outpatient Center in Escondido

Register for Connect Healthcare on November 8th at the Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Spa

Construction commenced on Palomar Health Outpatient Center I (OPC I), a 75,000-square-foot medical office building that is part of a three-phase, 225,000-square-foot medical office development located on-campus at Palomar Medical Center Escondido, CA. When completed, the facility will represent the nearest MOB to the hospital, which opened in 2012. OPC I is slated for delivery Q2 2018.

Located in North County on Citracado Parkway, the new Class A OPC campus is a development of ERTC Medical Office Development I, L.P./JRMC Real Estate, Inc. Cushman & Wakefield’s Barry Hendler, Matty Sundberg and Bob Cowan are handling project leasing.

Hendler says, “The Palomar Health Outpatient Center is a highly anticipated state-of-the-art medical office project that will help fill a longstanding need for quality medical office space.” He notes the facility is expected to appeal to small and larger medical users seeking suites ranging anywhere in size from 1,500 square feet to 25,000 square feet.
