Flexible-office and meeting-space provider Convene has temporarily closed all locations across Manhattan and five other cities in response to the coronavirus pandemic. The closure is currently scheduled to run through March 31.
The majority of the closed Manhattan spaces are in Midtown, with the remainder in Lower Manhattan, where Convene is headquartered. The company also operates three facilities each in Chicago, Philadelphia and Los Angeles, four in Washington, D.C. and one in Boston.
Convene said the majority of its Convene Work Space floors would remain open to members, but with badge access only. No Convene staff or services will be available onsite.
The company said the reopening date “will be re-evaluated in the coming weeks.”
