High Street Residential, Trammell Crow Co.’s residential subsidiary, is wrapping up more than a decade of work on its Crestview Commons project in Austin. To that end, the developer and partner Principal Real Estate Investors launched construction on Crestview Commons, Phase IV, a five-story, 226-unit apartment complex at North Lamar Street and Sugaree Avenue in the metro’s North Central submarket.
Phase IV residential units will range from 525 to 1,451 square feet. Amenities include a fitness center, entertainment kitchen, conference room, business center, resort style pool courtyard with fire pits and grilling areas, a relaxation courtyard and a dog park. Leasing will commence in March 2020.
JHP Architecture is the architect, Andres Construction the general contractor, Amegy Bank is providing construction financing.
High Street Residential began the transit-oriented development Crestview Commons project in 2007. Upon completion, the development team will have delivered 1,141 units and 60,000 square feet of retail space.
