Criteria Doubles Down at PDC’s Red Building

Criteria Corp. is expanding into 16,000 square feet of office space at Cohen Brothers Realty Corp.’s Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood, CA. The web-based, pre-employment testing services firm is doubling its commitment in the Red Building in a deal reportedly valued north of $8 million.

Last year, Criteria took 8,000 square feet in the 400,000-square-foot Red Building at 750 San Vicente Blvd. The deal on the 15th floor brings the East Tower to roughly 98% leased.

Designed by internationally-renowned architect Cesar Pelli, the 14-acre Pacific Design Center also includes the iconic Blue and Green buildings. The 1.2-million-square-foot campus now connects top-tier design, art, media and entertainment brands within an award-winning commercial market center.

Savills Studley’s Michael Shuken represented the tenant. Cohen Brothers Realty’s Marc Horowitz represented the landlord.
