Crow Holdings Launches First NJ Industrial Project

Crow Holdings Industrial has started construction on its first project in New Jersey, a 925,000-square-foot facility in Franklin Township. To be known as Crow Holdings at Veronica Ave, it’s expected to open in the first quarter of 2020.

“In today’s industrial market, a successful development must go beyond checking boxes, and should include desirable amenities that serve as tools for tenants to attract and retain labor,” said senior managing director Clark Machemer, who joined Crow Holdings in 2018. “Having just launched the Northeast strategy for Crow Holdings Industrial last year, we’re very excited to kick off our development activity with such a state-of-the-art project.”

Crow Holdings Industrial acquired the property from 2020 Acquisitions in January of this year.  The new ownership has retained the Cushman & Wakefield team of Stan Danzig, Jules J. Nissim and Kimberly Bach to lease the project.
