Crow Holdings Plans 1.2M-SF Spec Project

Connect Industrial is headed to Chicago, June 28th. Here’s where to get more details and register.

Dallas-based Crow Holdings Capital-Real Estate plans to break ground this month on I-35 Logistics Crossing, a two-building, 1.2-million-square-foot industrial park in Lancaster, TX, south of Dallas. The project is planned for two 610,806-square-foot cross-dock facilities that are slated to deliver in early 2018.

The spec development site is located at Houston School and Wintergreen roads, near the intersection of Interstate 35 and Interstate 20. The facility includes 36-foot clear heights, 185-foot truck courts and trailer storage.

I-35 Logistics Crossing will give tenants direct access to the D-FW region, Union Pacific Intermodal and FedEx Ground facility, as well as markets such as Austin and San Antonio.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Kurt Griffin and Nathan Orbin are handling the leasing assignment for the property.
