CT Realty Acquires 558 Acres for Industrial Development in Two States

Newport Beach, CA-based CT Realty acquired 558 acres of industrial land in Northern California and Atlanta that will support a combined 7.9 million square feet of development. CT Realty’s development pipeline now includes more than 15 million square feet of industrial.

CT Realty is partnering with Diamond Realty Investments on a 345-acre development in Stockton, CA planned for 4.4 million square feet within NorCal Logistics Center. Valued at $135 million, the first phase is slated to break ground this month and encompasses roughly 1.7 million square feet in three buildings, including a 1,122,341-square-foot building that will be the single largest spec building developed in Northern California.

CT Realty also plans to develop 3.5 million square feet on 213 acres of industrial zoned land in Atlanta. Through its affiliate, Port Logistics Realty, CT acquired the parcel, along with an option on an adjacent 145 acres, to develop Palmetto Logistics Park, a three-building, 3.5 million-square-foot project.
