Equus Capital Partners Ltd. hired Cushman & Wakefield to lease up Gateway Centre, a four-building, Class A office campus in the airport submarket of Denver, CO. The 299,614-square-foot campus is currently 82% occupied. A Cushman & Wakefield Denver team consisting of Ryan Stout, Nate Bradley and Zach Williams will lead leasing efforts.
One Gateway Centre and Two Gateway Centre are 78,886 square feet and 78,952 square feet, respectively, and are on Lewiston Street in Aurora, CO. Three Gateway Center (79,818 square feet) is also on Lewiston Street. Gateway Office Four (61,958 square feet) is on Kittredge Street in Denver. Equus Capital acquired the campus from Equity Office for $45.6 million.
“Equus Capital Partners, Ltd. has been very successful in Colorado and will invest in significant improvements at Gateway Centre, creating the most desirable office complex in the northeast submarket in both quality and location,” Bradley said.
