Cushman & Wakefield arranged the $8.5 million sale of a net-leased retail property occupied by Walgreens Co. The newly-completed property is triple-net leased, with 14 years remaining on the term.
Located at 2300 S. Goldenrod Rd., the property shares an intersection with WaWa, CVS and Marathon Oil, and is located in close proximity of Publix, Lowe’s, Ross and Walmart. The property was completed in 2018 as a build-to-suit project.
Patrick Berman, Jason Donald and Todd Tolbert of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, South Shore Corporate Park LLC, in the transaction. The buyer is a private, Illinois-based investor.
