Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of Fanatics E-Commerce Distribution Center, two single tenant industrial buildings totaling 588,267 square feet in Jacksonville.
Located at 5245 Commonwealth Ave., the asset consists of a 560,688-square-foot single tenant warehouse occupied by Fanatics’ e-commerce headquarters and a 27,579-square-foot outparcel building occupied by Conlan Tire. The 28-acre industrial property features clear heights ranging from 20 to 30 feet, 52 dock-high entrances, 447 regular parking spaces, 20 handicap parking spaces and 46 tractor/trailer parking spaces.
Mike Davis, Rick Colon, Rick Brugge, Karl Johnston, Dominic Montazemi, Tyler Newman, Jacob Horsley, Zachary Eicholtz, Mark Hardee and Jordan Stenholm of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, IP Capital Partners, in the transaction. The buyer was DRA Advisors.
