Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 92,550-square-foot industrial lease at Medley 104 Industrial Center in Medley. The lease signing follows the completion of a $6.5 million renovation.
Located at 9400 NW 104th St. in Miami’s Medley submarket, the 263,131-square-foot multi-tenant building features 25-foot clear heights, new office space, 20 dock doors, 132-foot secured rear truck court, ESFR sprinklers, all new mechanical systems and LED energy efficient lighting. The building previously housed the headquarters and distribution for CVS.
Wayne Ramoski, Gian Rodriguez and Skylar Stein of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Lincoln Property Co., in the transaction. Matt Maciag, Brian Smith and Audley Bosch of JLL represented the tenant, U.S. PLY Inc.
