Cushman & Wakefield has been retained on an exclusive basis to market three recently-renovated multifamily properties for sale in the Bronx. They include 1144 Wheeler Ave., 729 Noble Ave. and 318 E. 160th St.
Jonathan Squires, Eric Roth, Michael Fioravanti, Josh Neustadter, Addison Berniker and Shayne Solton are representing the sellers in all marketing efforts.
“Our clients’ completely free-market buildings on Wheeler and Noble Avenues are an excellent opportunity for a first-time or seasoned investor to purchase a strong yield in a multifamily market affected by new regulations,” said Squires.
• 1144 Wheeler is a recently-renovated two-story building with three three-bedroom units and one two-bedroom unit.
• 729 Noble is a recently-renovated two-story building with five two-bedroom units.
• 318 E. 160th is a 6,060-square-foot, recently-renovated eight-family apartment building, with approved plans to convert to 10 units by dividing two of the already-existing apartments.
