Cushman & Wakefield appointed Alison Beddard to Managing Principal of the firm’s operations for the state of Washington. Based in the firm’s Seattle office, Beddard will oversee the strategic growth of the firm’s business lines in the Seattle and Bellevue markets.

She will report to Jason de Vries, Managing Principal of the Northwest Region. Beddard had previously served as Cushman & Wakefield’s Managing Principal for the state of Utah.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Dan Broderick says, “Alison is an accomplished leader who has, for many years, done a tremendous job at Cushman & Wakefield, not only leading her prior market in Utah, but in several other roles, including within her community and toward the equality and advancement of women in our industry.”

Beddard began her career as a broker with Cushman & Wakefield in 2005. She currently serves on CushWake’s Leadership Council for the Women’s Integrated Network (WIN) and has held various leadership roles in numerous industry and community groups.
