Cushman & Wakefield has been retained to lease 49 John St., a 92,014-square-foot Class A industrial facility in Stamford, CT. The firm’s Trip Hoffman and Bill Montague will market the availability on behalf of landlord Baker Properties.
“Class A industrial vacancy in Stamford is in the mid-to-low single digits,” said Hoffman. “With 22’ ceilings, the facility is ideal for last-mile delivery but is also adaptable for other uses, including studio, ghost kitchen, showroom and more.”
49 John St. provides a total of nine loading docks, two of which are covered. Additional docks may be added. The site features a fenced yard and has 92 free surface parking spaces and can accommodate up to 54 trailers and 127 vans.
“This exceptionally-located facility also benefits from the tremendous population density in its immediate vicinity,” added Montague.
