Cushman & Wakefield arranged a 152,390-square-foot, long-term lease renewal for Millwork Sales’ warehouse at 700 103rd Ave. in Royal Palm Beach, FL. Christopher Thomson, Rick Etner, Jr., Chris Metzger and Matthew G. McAllister of Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida industrial team represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
“Located in Southern Mills Business Park, which offers a prime location off Southern Boulevard with easy access to the Florida Turnpike and Interstate 95, this warehouse has allowed Millwork Sales to easily reach its customer base and continue to grow its business throughout Florida,” Thomson said.
Seated on 23.94 acres, the property includes 40’ by 48’ column spacing with a 60’ by 48’ loading bay, energy efficient T-5 lighting, tilt-up concrete construction, hurricane impact resistant windows and ample car parking.
