A Cushman & Wakefield team of Jason Goldman, Charles Fern, Andrew Siemsen and Jason Barton has been appointed to lease 703 Bartley-Chester Rd. in Mt. Olive, NJ. At 1,427,979 square feet, it’s New Jersey’s largest available warehousing space.
The center was acquired in late August by a partnership of Square Mile Capital Management, an affiliate of MSD Partners, and the Saadia Group. It may be occupied by a single tenant or multiple tenants, with additional capacity to expand on the 230-acre site.
