Cushman & Wakefield has been retained as leasing agent on the ground and lower level floors of 115 Seventh Ave., a 6,761-square-foot retail space in Chelsea. The firm’s Brandon Singer and Michael Cody will be leading the marketing efforts on behalf of the property’s landlord, Ashkenazy Acquisition Corporation.
“115 Seventh is one of the best retail properties of its kind on the market today in Manhattan,” said Singer. “Its location in the heart of Chelsea provides incredible visibility for tenants that is seldom found in properties with comparable amenities.”
Located at the intersection of 17th Street and Seventh Avenue, the newly-constructed 115 Seventh includes a 3,900-square-foot ground floor space and a 2,800-square-foot lower level. Both spaces sit below Sosa, a 40,000-square-foot co-working space.
The area has seen an influx of retail activity in the past six months, and the building is also near Google’s Manhattan headquarters and Chelsea Market.
