Cushman & Wakefield recently launched lease-up at Barone Management’s The Woodworks LIC, a newly-constructed, 89,024-square-foot, mixed-use industrial and office flex property in Long Island City. Reportedly, it’s the first ground-up industrial and light manufacturing building in LIC in more than 30 years.
A Cushman & Wakefield team of Joshua Kleinberg, Frank Liggio, Stephen R. Preuss, Andreas Efthymiou, Kaitlin Reinertsen and Dale Braverman will represent Barone Management in all marketing efforts.
“The agile design of this flex property in the heart of the in-demand Hunters Point/Court Square neighborhood makes it a prime location for businesses of various sizes and uses,” said Kleinberg.
Added Barone Management’s Scott Barone, “The Woodworks is the only industrial and flex property designed and built at its heart for modern users. We’ve had the luxury to be thoughtful with every square inch to deliver the most efficient and contemporary space for both industrial and office tenants.”
