C&W Brings Buchanan Street Partners’ Complex to 97% Leased

Leasing activity accelerated at Newport Beach, CA-based Buchanan Street Partners’ Gateway Corporate Center, bringing the two-building complex to 97% occupancy. Three new leases were signed totaling nearly 14,000 square feet at the 162,339-square-foot office property located within a 255-acre business park in Diamond Bar, CA.

The deals at 21680 and 21688 Gateway Center Dr. involve The Society for The Society for the Advancement of Material & Processing Engineering (SAMPE), Zenlayer Technologies, Inc., and Sino-Global Shipping LA, Inc.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Ron Heim, John Bibeau and Steven Saunders represented the landlord in all three transactions, as well as Zenlayer Technologies, Inc., and Sino-Global Shipping LA, Inc. C&W’s Taylor Ing and Drew Sanden represented SAMPE.

Bibeau says leasing activity remained strong through the second quarter, with asking lease rates reaching an eight-year high for the San Gabriel Valley market.
