The nation’s largest home builder has a new corporate home. D.R. Horton Inc. has relocated its headquarters from Fort Worth to a six-acre campus in Arlington, TX. Located along the I-30 corridor, the new campus includes a four-story office building and connected parking garage.
D.R. Horton’s Chairman of the Board Donald R. Horton said the company-owned campus gives employees the ability to work more closely together on a day-to-day basis in a family atmosphere.
“The investment represents D.R. Horton’s commitment to supporting the needs of our nationwide operations in an efficient and effective manner,” Horton said.
D.R. Horton, which was founded in 1978 in Fort Worth, operates in 78 markets across 26 states. For the 12-month period ending March 31, 2017, the company sold 43,075 homes.
Its brands include D.R. Horton, Emerald Homes, Express Homes and Freedom Homes. It also provides mortgage financing and title services.
