Days after announcing construction on its Trinity Green in Dallas, TX, Stonelake Capital Partners finalized a groundbreaking date on the next phase of its Park Place River Oaks on Westheimer Road in Houston. The mixed-use development, situated on 11.5 acres, currently contains two residential projects. The next phase will focus on 105,000 square feet of retail and 105,000 square feet of office, atop two levels of subterranean parking.
Stonelake will break ground on the new phase in Q3 2017, with completion scheduled for the first quarter of 2019.
The development will also incorporate a two-acre park, and will preserve many live oak trees within the park and along the property’s perimeter. The park provides a direct connection to the project’s two residential components, the 344-unit James, and the 297-unit Ivy.
Bruce Wallace and Radkey Jolink of CBRE are handling leasing of the retail space, with Parker Duffie and Marilyn Guion of CBRE handling leasing of the office space. Beck Architecture is the Architect, with Jones|Carter serving as the Civil Engineer and Studio Outside serving as the landscape architect.
