Atlanta-based Core5 Industrial Partners received a $22 million construction loan from Regions Bank for the development of Harvill Business Center in Perris, CA. The nearly 424,000-square-foot industrial property is located at 20123 Harvill Ave.
Core5’s latest development sits south of the I-215 interchange, one of the most preferred truck routes to and from the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. The project is in the Inland Empire East submarket, and is expected to deliver in August.
The distribution center will feature 36-foot clear heights, 191 auto stalls, and 100 trailer parking stalls.
