Construction has begun on the second phase of Woodshore Marketplace, a retail center anchored by a 123,000-square-foot Kroger. The center is at Oyster Creek and Dixie Drives in Clute TX, located in the Houston metro’s far southern area.
The second phase, consisting of 11,200 square feet, will cover an 8,000-square-foot Pet Supermarket and 1,800-square-foot Bahama Buck’s, as well as an additional 1,400 square feet. The new phase will bring the center’s inline space to a total of 27,600 square feet that is housing local and national tenants.
Steve Chandler and JoBeth Prochaska, with Weitzman’s Houston office, are directing development of the community center. Weitzman’s Kyle Knight and Brett Levinson are the exclusive leasing agents for Woodshore Marketplace.
