A joint-venture partnership between Los Angeles-based Wolff Urban Development and San Jose-based JP Dinapoli is moving forward with plans for development of either a 300,000- to 750,000-square-foot office building or an 800-unit residential project. The 2.5-acre site at 355 W. San Fernando St. is the last remaining office development site in the downtown San Jose core.
Once entitlements are finalized, the proposed design will incorporate a new modern structure geared for a corporate HQ occupier. The project will be within walking distance of Diridon Station, and offers tenants an authentic urban environment delivering numerous options for housing, shopping, dining and entertainment.
CBRE’s Mark Schmidt, Greg Poncetta, and Chip Sutherland are marketing the site.
