Nativo signed a 25,051-square-foot headquarters lease at PCT in El Segundo, CA. The deal nearly triples the size of the digital advertising firm’s current deal at the 1.6-million-square-foot, three building office complex.
The company will relocate from 9,000 square feet at PCT’s 200 N. Sepulveda Blvd. to 100 N. Sepulveda Blvd. The landlord is GE Pension Fund/Blackrock. JLL’s Jason Fine represented the tenant.
“Nativo evaluated several options in El Segundo and Playa Vista to accommodate their rapid growth,” said Fine. “Ultimately, they chose to sign a new lease at PCT because of the landlord’s ability to accommodate their short and long term expansion needs, and the location works very well with their existing employee base and for their future recruitment for talent. The property also fits their corporate culture.”
