Digital Agency Claims IDEA1’s Office Space

Seer Interactive is taking the only office space available at IDEA1, a new mixed-use Class A project currently under construction in San Diego’s East Village. The Philadelphia-based digital marketing agency pre-leased 7,717 square feet from owner/developer, Lowe Enterprises, I.D.E.A. Partners, and LaSalle Investment Management.

Located at 1200 F St., IDEA1 will include 295 residential units, two retail spaces and the single office space. A 12,000-square-foot courtyard, known as The HUB, is a flexible collaborative space that can be used for speaking engagements, social events and community engagement.

The office space features 18-foot high ceilings, floor to ceiling glass and a glass roll-up door that opens up into The HUB. The area includes the IDEA Box, a cutting-edge glass material wall surface that serves a projection screen.

Quality First Commercial’s Steve Martini represented the tenant. Cushman & Wakefield’s Derek Hulse and Philip Roberts represented the landlord.
