Two offices buildings in Downtown San Diego have traded for $44 million. Lowe SD California Property LLC, an affiliate of New York City-based Maidman & Mittelman sold the assets, while San Diego-based Cisterra Partners LLC was the buyer.
The buildings are located at 1200 Third Ave. and 201-209 A St. The city’s government leases a majority of both assets and has a lease-to-own deal to purchase both after 20 years.
The Third Avenue asset is also known as Civic Center Plaza and totals 18 stories, while the other property is three stories.
