San Francisco-based Drawbridge Realty purchased two corporate headquarters office buildings in Aliso Viejo, CA. The two Class-A office buildings, known as 4 and 5 Polaris, serve as the corporate headquarters for Quest Software and UST Global, respectively.

Located at 4 and 5 Polaris Way, the four-story 4 Polaris and three-story 5 Polaris properties total 169,315 square feet. The location offers workers convenient freeway connectivity; proximity to retail, dining, and entertainment; and close access to a variety of attractive housing options.

Drawbridge’s Chris Elmendorf says, “Orange County continues to have strong commercial real estate fundamentals, and we are confident that this investment will create long-term value for Drawbridge.”

CBRE’s Anthony Delorenzo, Todd Tydlaska, Sean Sullivan, Michael Longo, and Bob Smith represented the unnamed seller.

This investment comes on the heels of Drawbridge’s August acquisition of Pacific Centerin Santa Ana.
