Cushman & Wakefield expanded its urban investment properties capabilities with the addition of Andrew D. Tashjian in Los Angeles, who joins the firm from CBRE, and is central player in DTLA’s urban redevelopment and renaissance.
Tashjian will continue to specialize in investment sales, office agency leasing, and tenant representation in the downtown area. It is a market where he has completed more than a quarter billion dollars’ worth of land and building sales, and oversees a creative office portfolio of nearly two million square feet.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Andrew McDonald says the hiring of Tashjian reflects the brokerage firm’s commitment “to delivering a best-practice platform.”
