Indianapolis-based Duke Realty plans to break ground early this summer on a two-story, 37,000-square-foot, off-campus medical office building (MOB) in Santa Clarita, CA. The Duke-owned facility is 100% pre-leased to Facey Medical Group, an affiliate of Providence Health and Services, a not-for-profit Catholic health system serving communities across seven states, including California.

The 3.85-acre site is located on the south side of Soledad Canyon Road, in the Canyon Country neighborhood.

Facey Medical Group’s Dr. Fredrick Russo said, “With this new modern building, we will be able to relocate the Facey Clinic currently at 17909 Soledad Canyon Road, plus add much-needed services in a convenient and accessible site.” The multi-specialty physician group operates 11 clinics in North Los Angeles County and Ventura County.

Boulder Associates is the architect for the project, while Irvine, Calif.-based Snyder Langston is the general contractor. The MOB is expected to be completed in June 2018.
