Two companies signed leases totaling 7,108 square feet of space at the DuMont Building, the 350,000-square-foot tower at 515 Madison Ave.
“Our focus remains on building relationships with tenants to help them grow and stay within our portfolio,” said Eric Gural, whose family has owned the tower since 1962. Gural is also co-CEO of the tower’s current owner, Newmark Holdings.
Consulting firm ClearBridge Compensation Group signed a 3,956-square-foot lease on the 32nd floor. Dental Serenity of Manhattan took 3,152 square feet of medical office space. Related firm, NKF acted on behalf of ClearBridge.
Built in 1931, the tower received a full lobby renovation in 2008.
