The Durst Organization and The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey recently completed about 47,000 square feet of deals at One World Trade Center. In one, DADA Holdings LLC committed to 4,786 square feet. Princeton Longevity Center leased 11,075 square feet. They’re the first New York City offices for both tenants.
Ichnos Science Inc. signed on for 10,847 square feet. Pison Stream Solutions signed a headquarters lease for 10,804 square feet.
Also signed were two expansion deals: Symphony Communications Services, expanding by 3,510 square feet to 12,100 square feet; and Augustus Intelligence, doubling its footprint to 6,475 square feet.
Princeton Longevity was represented by JLL’s Steven Rotter, Blake Goodman and Justin Haber. Ichnos was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Drew Braver and Mark Zaziski.
Michael Thomas and Aidan Campbell of Colliers represented Pison. Symphony was represented by Savills’ Christopher Foerch. Augustus was advised by Carol Engel of CS Engel and Associates.
The landlord was represented by Durst’s Eric Engelhardt and Karen Kuznick and an NKF team of David Falk, Jason Greenstein, Peter Shimkin, Hal Stein and Travis Wilson.
