Commercial real estate finance company Dwight Capital has provided $26.5 million in HUD financing for The Ivy Club, a 283-unit apartment community in Landover, MD.

Last renovated in 2002, the pet-friendly gated community consists of 8 three and four-story apartment buildings, including a community room, and one security building. The community is located at 1127 Ivy Club Lane.

Daniel Malka and Jacob Gauptman of Dwight Capital originated the transaction on behalf of the undisclosed borrower. The loan has a 35-year term and is the eighth financing that Dwight has closed for this borrower.
