E Smith Realty Becomes ESRP

E Smith Legacy Holdings, overseen by former Dallas Cowboys running back Emmitt Smith, is separating operations from E Smith Realty Partners, headquartered in Dallas. The real estate services company formally changed its name to ESRP, effective immediately.

The leadership will remain the same, with Sharon Morrison (CEO), Steve Jarvie (President) and Karra Guess (CFO) remaining in their current roles. ESRP is maintaining its headquarters and more than 40-person team in Dallas, as well.

“By becoming independent from E Smith Legacy Holdings, ESRP will have much more freedom to focus on its user-focused service offerings, and allow E Smith Legacy Holdings to focus on real estate development, construction and other endeavors,” said Morrison, who co-founded the firm in 2013.
