Cushman & Wakefield arranged a 20-year, 14,032-square-foot lease for Mile Square Early Learning Center at 770 Jackson St. in Hoboken, NJ. The Mile Square Early Learning Center will feature over 14 new classrooms, as well as an administrative office component.
A Cushman & Wakefield team of Alana Friedman, David Townes, Neil Seth and Rob Kuppersmith represented the landlord, a partnership of Bijou Properties and Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation. The tenant was represented by Elizabeth Rakela of Keller Williams and Harrison Russell of NKF.
Friedman said, “This transaction is indicative of the ever-increasing demand for learning facilities to service families of Hoboken.”
Established in 1979, the Mile Square Early Learning Center provides early childhood services for residents of Hoboken. The organization has five other locations across the city, including 215 9th St., 301 Garden St., 158 4th St., 310 Jefferson St. and 1100 Willow Ave.
