Cypress Real Estate Advisors and Greenbelt Commercial LLC are joining forces to develop Eastlake at Tillery, a 162,000-square-foot office project in the East Austin submarket. The two-building development will be at 3212 E. Cesar Chavez St., which is less than two miles from Austin’s CBD.
The developers anticipate that campus will break ground in fall 2019, with completion scheduled for 2020. The project is being designed by Bart Whatley with Delineate Studios. Ben Tolson, Bethany Perez and Seth Stuart with Aquila Commercial are handling leasing and marketing efforts.
Perez noted that demand for office space on the east side is increasing, and Eastlake at Tillery checks a variety of boxes, including walkability, visibility and access to nearby restaurants and bars. Additionally, “The connectivity afforded by Cesar Chavez, Pleasant Valley and US 183 puts you minutes from other key parts of town and the airport,” Perez added.
