ECR’s newest leasing assignment in downtown San Antonio is the historic Dry Goods Building, Weston Urban’s most recent historic redevelopment project. Albert Vazquez, brokerage advisor with ECR, is the leasing representative for the office portion of The Dry Goods Building at 107 N. Flores St. CBRE’S Gene Williams and Joe Cukjati are marketing the retail space.

Located one block from Frost Tower, The Dry Goods Building was built in 1915 and designed by Leo M.J. Dielmann in the Art Deco style for brothers Samuel and Solomon Dalkowitz. It was known as the Dalkowitz Dry Goods Company until at least 1922.

“The Dry Goods Building is a great leasing opportunity within San Antonio’s downtown scene,” said Vazquez. “The 11,000-square-foot office space caters towards a wide variety of tenant uses from technology and advertising/marketing companies to professional service firms, especially with the dedicated parking we can provide to our future tenants.”
