In business locally for more than a decade, the company will relocate from two smaller facilities and  construct the 60,000 square-foot complex with 32-foot ceilings, six loading docks, office space, parking and landscaping.  The Will Group is purchasing vacant city-owned land at 825 S. Kilpatrick Ave. for the development that is expected to be completed within 18 months of the land sale.
