Embrey Partners Ltd. began site preparation for Estates at Hill Country Village, a 296-unit apartment complex located in the far north San Antonio suburb of Hill Country Village, TX. Construction completion is anticipated by early 2022, with first occupancy expected in Q2 2021.
The development is on U.S. 281, between Loop 1604 and Interstate 410, and will feature a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartment units. Rents will range from $1,200 to $2,500 per month. Amenities will include limited-access gates, a fitness center and studio with on-demand virtual training, a game room, and both covered and garage parking.
“We worked closely with officials from Hill Country Village to ensure that our community concept plan would fit the context of the adjacent neighborhood,” said Embrey’s Jimmy McClosky.
