Encinitas Marketplace, a 124,411-square-foot neighborhood retail center in Encinitas, CA , traded hands for $43 million. Colliers International’s Richard Lebert and Matt Zimsky and JLL’s Chris Ross represented the buyer, Encinitas Marketplace, LLC. REZA Investment Group advised the undisclosed seller.
Located at 110-194 N. El Camino Real, the North San Diego County property’s tenants include Kohl’s, The Vitamin Shoppe, Five Guys, Firehouse Subs, Chick-fil-A, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Phenix Salon Suites, My Sister’s Closet, Sylvan Learning Center, The Joint Chiropractic, Allstate and Pacific Dental.
Lebert says, “The Encinitas Marketplace presents an incredible investment opportunity for our buyer. With a nearly 80% national and regional tenant base, the center is an important community asset with strong long-term potential for the new ownership.”
