Encore Capital Group moved its headquarters into the recently redeveloped AMP&RSAND project, the former San Diego Union-Tribune facility in Mission Valley. Encore’s team is now under one roof in a 95,000-square-foot space encompassing the entire third floor.
The 340,000-square-foot campus, owned by the Casey Brown Company, has undergone a $40 million redevelopment during the past two years. It now features large floor plates, abundant natural light, nine patios and high-volume industrial style space across two interconnected buildings in the heart of San Diego at 350 Camino de la Reina. The interior design features exposed brick, concrete pillars, 14-foot ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
The global specialty finance company previously occupied seven floors across two buildings in Mission Valley.
CBRE’s Matt Carlson, Jeff Oesterblad and Ryan Grant represented the developer, Casey Brown Company, in the lease deal.
