Equity Residential’s One Henry Adams, a 241-residence apartment community in San Francisco’s Showplace Square, opened with strong leasing velocity. The $164.4-million development, located at 1 Henry Adams St., has leased 91 units, and anticipates The Grove restaurant to open in April 2017.
One Henry Adams’ design reflects its light industrial surroundings, while incorporating modern amenities and conveniences. The two, six-story buildings have clean lines that frame classic proportions. The exteriors incorporate zinc and stainless steel, alternating with brick and timber, visually tied together by expansive glass windows.
Equity Residential’s Jim Kelly said, “We’ve done our utmost to create outdoor spaces and community gathering spaces throughout these new communities, in addition to design aspects in the apartments and amenities that our residents have expressed a desire to have onsite.”
