Eric Hasserjian Promoted to Lead CBRE’s Asset Services

Los Angeles-based CBRE Group, Inc. named Eric Hasserjian as the office practice leader within the firm’s asset services line of business for the Americas. In this role, Hasserjian will drive CBRE’s office property management business in an integrated way.

CBRE’s Robert Peddicord says, “Eric is a tremendous leader with proven success in creating exceptional outcomes for our clients, and we are very excited to have his expertise in this important role to grow our management of office assets across the Americas region.”

Hasserjian, who brings nearly three decades of CRE experience, joined CBRE in 2014 as managing director of asset services for the Los Angeles region. He has successfully overseen more than 135 professionals and 31 million square feet of assets under management.

Earlier in his career, he served at Arden Realty and was responsible for the leasing and management of more than 18 million square feet of office product.
