Calmwater Capital expanded its footprint with the opening of an office in Seattle. Eric Jordan, vice president of originations, has relocated to open the new Seattle office and expand existing service throughout the Pacific Northwest. Jordan relocated from the company’s Los Angeles HQ to lead the Seattle office and return to where he grew up.

“The Pacific Northwest is an active and growing market,” said Jordan. “We have already completed deals up here, and opening an office in Seattle will give us an on-the-ground presence to go after and service bridge loan financing for sponsors and projects in the Pacific Northwest.”

The satellite office now brings local availability of a senior executive to better serve clients. This expansion represents continued growth for the firm with investments across the United States. Calmwater announced its second office and first East Coast location in September 2018, when its greater-New York metro area location opened.
