CBRE expanded its Bay Area team with the addition of Erik Doyle, who joins the firm’s Palo Alto office as an EVP. He returns to CBRE after roles at JLL and NKF Cornish & Carey Commercial Capital Group.

Doyle, one of the top region’s capital markets professionals, brings more than 32 years of commercial real estate experience. He’s been involved with sales of more than 40 million square feet of investment properties and more than 1,200 acres of development land representing a value in excess of $14 billion. Of his many transactions, he spearheaded the close of the largest office deal in Silicon Valley history, the Peery Arrillaga Portfolio sale to RREEF.

CBRE’s Todd Husak says, “Erik is one of the savviest capital markets professionals in Bay Area real estate history. He’s worked on some of the most significant and market-making transactions in Northern California.”
