“It’s important to have the right team in place as we continue to grow our logistics and development portfolio across the U.S.,” said Howard Wedren, founder and managing principal. “Andrew is a terrific fit and we’re thrilled he has joined our organization. We look to his expertise and leadership to oversee the successful development of our projects.”
Essary joins from Sterling Bay, where he was a senior project manager overseeing a variety of the firm’s projects, most notably the redevelopment of 600 West Chicago; the new-construction 1330 W. Fulton and the Chicago Public Library’s West Loop Branch.
