Essex Brokers Condo Building Sale in Old Irving Park

An Essex Realty Group team has brokered the sale of 4250-52 N. Keystone Ave. in the Old Irving Park neighborhood. The six-unit residential condominium building traded for $1.125 million.

Currently, three of the six units are owner-occupied. The owners voted unanimously in favor of a sale.

Essex Realty’s Doug Imber, Kate Varde, and Clay Maxfield represented the 4250-52 N. Keystone Condo Association in the sale of the units. The firm’s Matt Welke and Matt Feo advised the unidentified buyer.

4250-52 N. Keystone is located approximately 0.4 miles from the Irving Park Blue line train station, and just 0.2 miles from the I-90/94 expressway, providing access to Downtown Chicago and suburban office hubs such as Rosemont and Schaumburg. Additionally, there are multiple CTA bus stops located steps from the building.
