Conshohocken, PA-based Exeter Property Group plans to start development next month on a 264,000-square-foot industrial building in Livermore, CA. The investment manager acquired the 13.2-acre site for $8.8 million earlier this year from Pleasanton-based Chamberlin Associates.

The speculative development is located at 15 Greenville Rd. The distribution site is close to the Port of Oakland, and is envisioned for single tenant occupancy.

The project is expected to deliver in Q1 2018. Exeter made the investment on behalf of one of its commingled investment funds.

Colliers International’s Michael Donnelly represented the buyer. CBRE’s Doug Norton and Mike Walker advised the seller.
